TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Be sure to schedule sufficient time to use the studio so that you are not interrupting other shoots or events. The time you reserve includes your set up and clean up. There will often be people coming in directly after you so do not go over your scheduled time. If you go over, you will be charged for an additional hour.

  • Feel free to move furniture around the studio but put furniture back where you found it before you leave. You will be charged for any repairs or replacement of any furniture or fixtures damaged.

  • Be respectful of others and leave the studio as you would like it seen when you arrive for a shoot or event. This includes cleaning up after yourselves. Trash needs to go in trash can. There is a broom and mop, please sweep after each use and mop as needed.

  • No fires or candles.

  • Absolutely no nails, pins, etc. on the walls. If you need to attach something, use command hooks, putty, or gentle tape. If you damage the walls in any way, you are responsible for the cost of repairs.

  • Liability: Studio U/8460 W Ken Caryl Ave will not be held responsible for any injuries or property damage that occurs while in the studio, the common areas of the building or around the exterior of the building. You agree that you have proper insurance to cover any incidents that may occur to you, your invited guests, and the property. Use the furniture/props at your own risk.

  • Please note Styled Set appointments cannot be rescheduled or cancelled since they are up for such a limited time. By purchasing a time slot, you agree to this policy.

  • We ask that there is no splitting time with other photographers. Each photographer needs to book his or her separate time unless you are photographing each other.

  • Pets are allowed with an additional $25 fee.

  • I acknowledge that there may be video surveillance in the common areas of Studio U.

  • I acknowledge that payment is binding and will not be refunded under any circumstance.

  • We don’t offer refunds for cancelations, only rescheduling.

  • A $25 fee will be charged if any of these rules are broken as well as any additional costs of repairs or replacements.
